Refund Policy

At HEATE, we're dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers and understand that sometimes a purchase may not fully meet your expectations. Intent of Refund Policy

Our refund policy is intended to provide a safety net for purchases that do not meet your needs or expectations. It is important to understand that this policy is not offered to facilitate a 'try before you buy' scenario. We provide comprehensive information about our products, services, and their contents to help you make an informed decision before your purchase. We encourage our customers to review all available information and resources to ensure that the product aligns with their needs prior to making a purchase.

1. HEATE Shop (Courses, Templates, Mini-Products)

We offer a 30-day refund policy for products purchased from the HEATE Shop, including our flagship courses "Zero To Sync" and "CCS". If you find within 30 days of purchase that the product does not meet your needs, please contact us for a refund.

For certain resources within our courses, you may be required to waive your right to a refund upon download. This condition will be clearly stated before the downloading process to ensure you are fully informed.

Please note that refunds are contingent upon a review of your account to ensure that the materials have not been extensively downloaded or consumed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it appears that all or a significant portion of the materials were downloaded prior to the refund request.

2. LEADRS Community (All-Access Pass & Community Access)

Given the nature of the all-access pass to courses and community resources, we do not offer refunds for the LEADRS Community subscription. We believe in the value and quality of our community and resources and encourage you to make the most of them to enhance your learning and networking within the industry.

3. Agency Services & 1:1 Mentorship

Our agency services, including tailored marketing services and one-on-one mentorship, are custom-designed for each client's specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of these services, we are unable to offer refunds once work has commenced. We ensure clear communication and alignment on expectations with our clients before starting any project to guarantee satisfaction.

To initiate a refund request, please reach out to our support team at support@heate.co, providing details of your purchase. Our team will review your request and respond with the necessary instructions or further information.

Final Considerations

HEATE BV reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests, taking into account the digital nature of our products and the resources expended to provide them. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we invite you to contact us with any concerns regarding your purchase.
